The Talking Arts
Growth Engine

Turn the Lagos shop into the counter where a business gets branded, online, and protected in one visit. Print is the front door; digital + security is the recurring money; Pejji is the ladder up. Every service is a checklist a trained staffer runs while our systems do the back, which is what makes it copyable to the next storefront.

1 The two engines

They feed each other. That loop is the whole play.

Engine A • Grow TTA's own profit

Engine B • Turn the shop into a Pejji lead machine

The flywheel: Pejji sells "website + printed brand" (TTA fulfills the print) = one sale, two revenue lines. TTA sends Pejji warm walk-in leads. Each grows the other, and since you own big-TTA + all-Pejji, the money circles back either way.

2 Complete Brand Packages

Tiered bundles sold at the counter: print + digital in one shot. Prices are EXAMPLES to set with Salami against real print costs.

Online Starter~ ₦50k–80k

Get-them-online, no print. Google Business Profile setup + WhatsApp Business + catalog + a digital business card / link page + one QR. The easiest yes for any SME.

Brand + Online~ ₦120k–200k

A print starter (business cards + flyers) + everything in Online Starter + social accounts set up and branded (with the matching profile art printed). The core package.

Full Brand~ ₦300k+

Full print pack (cards + polymailers + branded tees + pens) + full digital + payment setup + the "Protect your accounts" service + a one-page Pejji website. The whole identity, done.

Ladder logic: Online Starter → Brand + Online → Full Brand → full Pejji website + Securva. Always leave the next rung visible.

3 Digital services (a la carte)

Lowkey, high-demand, staffer-deliverable off a checklist. Prices are EXAMPLES to confirm.

The Securva wedge

"Protect your business accounts." NG SMEs get their IG / WhatsApp / bank hacked constantly. A simple lockdown (2FA everywhere + a password manager + account-recovery setup + a basic privacy/NDPA check) is high demand, a staffer runs it off a checklist, and it is Securva's entry point at street level. Walk-in SME today, Securva audit client tomorrow. It is also the exact governance you use on your own business (below), so you sell what you practice.

Extra reach: the neighbour network

TTA prints referral flyers cheap and drops them in neighbouring shops (or gives them a small referral cut) = a lightweight local network feeding the counter. Sell the print packages to those neighbours too.

4 The local staffer

Who

Young, digitally-native, reliable, a people-person who lives on WhatsApp + social. Not a techie, you do not need one. Our checklists carry the technical depth.

Start here (the shortcut)

Expand the existing social-media girl into the role first: she is already digital + on board. Add the setups to her plate = one person, more services, more pay for her, no new hire. Prove demand, then hire a dedicated rep once volume justifies.

Skills they bring vs skills we train

Pay (lean + legal)

Commission-heavy: a small base + a cut per service sold/delivered. Motivates selling, keeps them a contractor (no minimum-wage / employee overhead), and scales with revenue. Minimum wage binds only 25+ employee firms; contractors are outside it entirely (confirm specifics with the NG accountant).

5 Owner holds the keys

Delegating operation is not handing over the business. The phone is a terminal she works from; you keep the keys. Bake this in from day one.

This is the same "protect your accounts" service you sell, applied to yourself first, and it becomes the SOP for every future storefront staffer.

6 The Vista benchmark

Where this is headed. Vista (formerly Vistaprint) is the billion-dollar proof of this exact model. It shows us both the roadmap and, more importantly, where we out-position them.

Vista's stack (built mostly by acquisition)

Print + branded merch (VistaPrint) + a DIY design app (VistaCreate) + pro logo/web design (99designs) + websites (a Vista x Wix partnership) + email marketing, hosting, domains and digital marketing.

We already mirror about 80%

Print + merch = their VistaPrint; Pejji = their Vista x Wix, except ours is custom-built not a rented Wix template; brand kits = their 99designs; our digital-services menu (section 3) = their digital layer.

Where we beat them

Endgame: Vista, but with a face, a shop, a security team, and actually in Nigeria and the diaspora. The phases below build toward exactly this.

7 Phased budget & rollout

Spend lean, let early revenue fund the next phase. Figures are rough NG estimates to confirm.

PhaseFocusSpend (one-time / recurring)Funded by

this week
Dedicated work phone; set up all business accounts (Google Business, WhatsApp Business, Meta, payment, password manager) under your ownership; print the in-shop pack in-house. ₦150–250k one-time (phone) + materials.
Accounts = free. Email/pw-manager = small monthly.
Your funding (tracked as your director's loan).
1 • Switch on
weeks 1–4
Tracked QR + in-shop pieces live. Start offering the packages + digital services at the counter. Girl earns commission. Weekly reels (we produce, free). ~₦0 new. Commission is paid out of the revenue it generates. Self-funding from first sales.
2 • Prove + optimize
month 2–3
Tune package pricing, add the recurring management plans, optional counter screen/tablet for the demo loop. Vista step-up: begin the online CATALOG + ordering storefront (Pejji-built) = our Vista storefront. Optional ₦80–150k (tablet) if wanted. Recurring plans start earning. Reinvest early revenue.
3 • Scale + hire
month 3+
Hire a dedicated digital-services rep (contractor/commission) so the girl focuses on content. Expand the neighbour-shop flyer network. Vista step-up: add self-serve design templates + recurring digital-marketing services (email / social / SEO / ads). Commission-based (revenue-funded). Laptop only if page-work demands it (likely still backend). Proven revenue.
4 • Replicate
later
Use these SOPs + this budget as the template for storefront #2. Per new storefront, same lean Phase-0 shape. The engine pays for the next one.
To switch it on, I need from you:

Then I build the staffer's click-by-click checklists for the top 3 services + generate the tracked QR.
